What you need to know about shipping

At AAA Vinyl Fence we ship direct from the factory and cut out the middleman and in doing so, we provide the best possible price to our customer. For this reason; there are a few guidelines our customers must be aware of and follow during the shipping process.

At the time of delivery, it is our customer's responsibility to be available and to check for correct quantities and damaged goods. The shipment will be accompanied by a bill of lading. Shortages and damages must be reported immediately on the bill of lading, in writing, when you are asked to sign for the delivery. We ship proper quantities in good condition. The carrier is responsible to ensure the product reaches our customer in good condition.

The customer must be present at the time of shipment to help unload the product from the truck. Bufftech fence sections will be delivered fully assembled on pallets.

Residential deliveries will require hand unloading which is the customer's responsibility. The delivery driver may assist, but is only required to move the product to tailgate of the truck for unloading by you. This applies to common carrier deliveries, not UPS, FedEx or other special service small package delivery companies.
